E-COIL
E-COIL (Experiential-Collaborative Online International Learning) combines global collaboration and experiential learning. Traditionally, COIL connects students from different institutions and disciplines to work on joint academic projects. E-COIL enhances this by partnering students with international industry partners who present real-world problems. Guided by instructors, students apply classroom knowledge through a structured problem-solving process—either within their own class or with international peers—developing practical skills and Sheridan Career Catalysts for their future careers.
